BFree Middle Eastern Wrap: Falafel, Hummus & Halloumi

Recently I stumbled upon these yummy BFree wraps, and let me tell you, they are a game-changer and show you just how delicious going gluten free can be!

If you're craving some Middle Eastern goodness, my Middle Eastern wrap is the one for you! Packed full of nourishing falafel, creamy hummus, grilled halloumi, mint leaves, juicy tomatoes, and refreshing cucumber, all wrapped up in a flavour explosion!

Recipe -
Ingredients:

Fillings:
* 3 to 4 falafels
* 1 tbs hummus
* halloumi
* sprinkle of mint
* A handful of sliced tomatoes
* A handful of diced cucumber

Directions

* It’s so, so simple to make. All you have to do is divide your BFree wrap into quarters and pop each ingredient on each quarter and fold.
* Add the folded wrap to a frying pan on a high heat to crips the wrap.
* Plate up and sprinkle with some mint. Enjoy!
